Annualised Wages: Requirements for Paying a Salary

Following the Fair Work Commission’s four yearly award reviews, it has been decided that from March 2020 changes are going to be applied to the model annualised wage clauses of approximately 20 modern awards. These changes are likely going to have significant impacts on how employers administer their annualised wage agreements.
